Ingredients
  

For the Dip

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened) Soften for easy mixing; microwave for 10-15 seconds if necessary.
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise (can substitute with Greek yogurt) Texture will vary if using Greek yogurt.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Start with a pinch for less intensity.
  • 1 cup Green Olives (with pimento, drained) Chop or pulse for a consistent texture.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Brine Can substitute with lemon juice.

Preparation

  • Soften the cream cheese so it’s scoopable (microwave 10-15 seconds if you forgot).
  • Dump softened cream cheese into a bowl with mayo (or Greek yogurt).
  • Add onion powder, garlic powder, and half the olive brine. Mix until smooth.
  • Chop olives finely (or pulse in a food processor for 3 seconds). Fold into the mix.
  • Taste. Add more brine, salt, or pepper as needed. Serve with crackers or crudités.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Let it come to room temperature for 10 minutes before serving if it firms up. PULSE olives for a consistent texture. A handful of chopped parsley can be added for presentation.
