  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Dill Sauce

  • 1/2 cup sour cream Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped Dried dill can be used in a pinch.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Fresh lemon juice recommended.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
