Vegetables

Cheese and Seasoning

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or parmesan) Choose according to your preference.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Sauce

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
