Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp ground paprika
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Serving

  • Pita bread or flatbreads for serving
  • Fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • Garlic sauce for drizzling

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, and cayenne pepper with yogurt and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  • Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Serving

  • Serve the sliced chicken in pita bread or flatbreads, garnished with fresh vegetables and drizzled with garlic sauce.

Notes

Marinate longer for better flavor. If using an oven, roast at 425°F until cooked through. Resting is important before slicing.
