Cheesecake Filling

Preparation

  • Preheat oven and line baking sheets.
  • Cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.

  • Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and milk until smooth.

Baking

  • Bake until edges are set and centers look slightly underdone.

Notes

If you prefer gooey centers, underbake by a minute. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or 1 week in the fridge. You can freeze dough for convenience.
