  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko makes them louder and crunchier
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 each egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for the beaten egg, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Place the coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Lightly spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes but watch carefully. Rotate the tray if your oven has hot spots to ensure even cooking.
