  • 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped) Can substitute with parsley if necessary.

Dressing

  • 1 each lemon (juiced) Add more to taste, if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper Season as preferred.
