Ingredients
  

Vegetable Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage, shredded Main ingredient.
  • 1 cup carrots, grated Adds sweetness and color.
  • ½ cup dill pickles, chopped For crunch and tang.
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced For flavor.

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) Substitute for a lighter option.
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce Adjust to preferred spice level.
  • 1 tbsp honey For sweetness.
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar For acidity.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Shred the cabbage and grate the carrots. In a large bowl, mix them with chopped pickles and red onion.

Make the Dressing

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.

Combine and Chill

  • Pour the dressing over the vegetable mix and toss well until everything is evenly coated.
  • Cover the slaw and refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavors meld.

Serve

  • Toss again before serving and enjoy!

Notes

Slaw can be made a day ahead and kept chilled. It softens slightly over time. Adjust Sriracha in increments to taste.
