  • 1 cup Sweet corn (frozen or canned) Can swap frozen corn for fresh.
  • 2 cups Chicken broth Adjust amount for desired consistency.
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice For the creamy sauce.
